To place the $500 non refundable deposit to secure your spot, use the drop down menu, then select which tier of room you would like to place a deposit for.  if a tier is sold out, that tier is full.

Invoice for remainder due will be sent September 15, due by October 15, 2026

Working Girl Room (total including deposit) ~ early bird $2,300 / after Sept. 1st $2,600

Luxe Room (total including deposit) ~ early bird $2,600 / after Sept. 1st $2,900

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and I strive to provide a cancellation policy that is fair to our participants, the organizations I am working with, and myself for the time put in organization, administration, and more.

A $500 deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable and covers initial expenses, planning, administrative costs, etc., ensuring your spot is reserved.

Invoice for remainder due will be sent September 15, due by October 15, 2026

If you need to cancel your reservation before the 90-day deadline (November 25, 2026), you have the following options:

1. SOLD-OUT RETREAT WITH WAITLIST

​

If you have fully paid registration and if the retreat is sold out with a waitlist, your spot will be offered to the next person in line. If someone accepts, and after their full payment, your registration and deposit will be refunded in full, minus $100 service fee, within 30 days.

2.  REFUND SCHEDULE

​

If the above option does not apply (i.e no waitlist or replacement attendee) and you must cancel, refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:

​

• More than 120 days before the retreat: 75% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

• Between 120 and 90 days before the retreat 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

• Less than 90 days before the retreat (after November 25, 2026) : No refund available. 

In the unlikely event I must cancel the retreat, 100% of fee and deposit will be refunded.
